How to measure your helmet size correctly: To find the right helmet size, measure your head circumference with a flexible measuring tape.
It is important that the measuring tape runs around the widest part of the head – only then will you get a correct result.
Place the measuring tape about 1–2 cm above your eyebrows at the front and run it along the sides above the ears.
At the back, the measuring tape should run over the largest point at the back of the head (not too low on the neck). The tape may run slightly diagonally – the crucial point is that it fits snugly around the largest circumference points of the head.
Make sure that the measuring tape fits snugly but does not cut in. It is best to measure 2–3 times to get the most accurate result. You can then compare the measured value in centimeters (cm) with our size chart.
Tips for an accurate result
- Lay hair flat (e.g., do not measure with a voluminous hairstyle)
- Run the measuring tape horizontally or along the largest circumference
- Do not measure too loosely
- For values between two sizes:
→ usually choose the larger size (depending on helmet model/fit)
Important for fit
The right helmet should fit snugly without causing uncomfortable pressure points.
A new helmet may feel a bit tighter at first, as the inner padding will slightly adjust over time.

Safety - built for racing
The AIM+ outer shell is based on a 6-layer composition of fiberglass, organic fibers, and high-performance fiber materials. Together with the multi-density EPS core system, this delivers very high impact protection.
In addition, it features:

- FIM FRHPhe-01 homologation (racing ready)
- Double-D closure (easy to adjust, maximum security)
- EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System) for rapid removal of the Cheek Pads in an emergency

The X-SPR PRO uses 4 outer shell sizes for a balanced weight/volume ratio for each helmet size: XS–S | M | L | XL–XXL.
The interior is designed for precise adjustment:
- Modular Head Pad with integrated pockets + adjustable pads
- Cheek Pads in 3D-cut construction, for a stable fit and high support
- Padding removable & washable, quick-drying and skin-friendly
- Variable Cheek Pads mounting to adjust the angle of fit (more upward visibility in extreme racing posture)
Ventilation - maximum airflow in racing position
Ventilation is uncompromisingly tuned for the aggressive, forward-leaning Supersport riding posture:
- 7 fresh-air inlets
- 6 exhaust outlets
- Deeply branched ducting system for intensive air exchange
- Optimized Cheek Pads ventilation for more comfort in heat/long runs
Hydration system preparation
The chin area is prepared for the installation of a hydration system. A matching feed hose as well as valves (e.g., Camelbak) are available as accessories. MotoGP-style endurance/trackday: stay focused, stay fresher for longer.
Aerodynamics – consistently engineered for stability
The shell has been newly developed for higher aerodynamic performance—with more than 150 optimizations compared to the previous model (wind tunnel development). A redesigned rear section with airflow management through the stabilizer/spoiler supports a balanced, stable shape at very high speeds.
