Shipment
1. Delivery areas
We deliver worldwide - to every address, also at DHL packing stations and post office. There are various shipping service providers to choose from.
2. Shipping costs

Germany:
Shipping from € 6.90, depending on package size, weight and shipping method. -
International:
Shipping from € 10 - for express deliveries or large packages (e.g. via Fedex International Priority®) up to € 1,000.
The exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the checkout before you complete your order.
3. Delivery times

Germany:
Delivery time: 2–5 working days -
International:
Delivery time: 4–30 working days, depending on the target country, customs processing and selected shipping service.
Holidays in Germany can lead to delays. There is no processing or delivery on these days.

After shipping, you will receive a shipment number by email. This enables you to track your order in real time:

All programs are insured by default:

Fedex: Depending on the shipping method and value of goods up to € 1,000 or more
We are happy to offer additional insurance options on request.

Note for non-EU countries:
Orders in countries outside the EU are delivered tax -free (net). The customer's import sales tax and customs fees in the recipient country must be borne by the customer. These are usually charged when delivery.
8. Packaging & sustainability
Sustainability is important to us:

We mainly use recycled boxes (approx. 80% of the programs).

Filling materials are usually reused (e.g. of received deliveries) or consist of environmentally friendly materials.

Unfortunately, this is not always possible, but we pay attention to packaging that is as resource -saving as possible.
9. Collection on site
You are also welcome to pick up your order personally:

10. Return costs

Germany & International:
The return is sent at the expense of the buyer, unless:-
The goods are damaged or

One false article was delivered.

In these cases, of course, we take over the return costs and provide a free return label.
