How to Measure Your Helmet Size Correctly: To find the right helmet size, measure your head circumference with a flexible measuring tape.
It is important that the measuring tape runs at the widest point of the head – only then will you get an accurate result.
Place the measuring tape about 1–2 cm above the eyebrows at the front and run it along the sides above the ears.
At the back, the measuring tape should run over the largest point at the back of the head (not too deep in the neck). The tape may run slightly diagonally – what matters is that it fits snugly around the largest circumference points of the head.
Make sure the measuring tape is snug but not cutting in. It’s best to measure 2–3 times to get the most accurate result. You can then compare the measured value in centimeters (cm) with our size chart.
Tips for an Accurate Result
- Lay hair flat (e.g., do not measure with a voluminous hairstyle)
- Run the measuring tape horizontally or along the largest circumference
- Do not measure too loosely
- For values between two sizes:
→ usually choose the larger size (depending on helmet model/fit)
Important for Fit
The right helmet should fit snugly without causing uncomfortable pressure points.
A new helmet may feel a bit tighter at first, as the inner padding will adjust slightly over time.
Light, cool and fast: the Jaggo Carbon White Silver brings the spotted Jaggo motif to the light side. The base is the Nexx X.R5R, a carbon racing helmet with thirteen vents, visor lock and an extendable spoiler. ECE 22.06, available in XS to XXL.
Your helmet for summer trackdays
When the sun beats down on the asphalt, every degree counts. White and silver reflect more light than dark paints, so the shell warms up more slowly in the pit lane. As soon as you roll, the ventilation takes over:
- 8 intakes, with chin and crown closable
- 5 exhausts that pull the used air out at the rear
- Air channels in the cheek pads
- Air-Cumbs cooling chamber for even distribution across the head
Carbon you feel in your neck
According to Nexx, X-PRO Carbon brings the X.R5R to approx. 1,325 g ± 50 g, measured with the M shell. Behind the fairing and under hard braking this noticeably takes load off the neck, especially towards the end of a long day. Four shell sizes keep the proportions right on small and large heads alike.
Visor and mirror look
The compact Recoil mechanism offers three intermediate positions for venting in town traffic, and the X-Race lock keeps the visor closed at full throttle. Pins for tear-offs are prepared; a tear-off set is not included. The Pinlock 200 XLT MaxVision is provided against fogging. In the Nexx photo the helmet wears a silver mirror visor. Whether exactly that one is fitted on delivery is not documented. At dusk and at night a clear visor belongs on anyway.

The design: Jaggo in white and silver
A white panel wraps around the chin bar and lower cheek, a silver-grey band runs along the eye port and across the forehead, and a further white stripe pulls up the shell at the rear. The rosettes appear in soft grey on white and in darker smoke on the open carbon weave of the crown and spoiler. That way the pattern stays visible everywhere without getting loud. On top sits a silver R, next to it a small X-PRO Carbon lettering in fine turquoise, and the Nexx name runs along the side in silver. The light colour forgives fine scratches well, but you will spot insects at once: a damp microfibre cloth after every ride is enough. Nexx does not state whether the colour surfaces are matt or gloss.
