We ship with DHL and FedEx — and on request, we also offer express shipping. If an item is in stock, express shipping is possible in many cases within 1 business day. The standard delivery time is about 2–5 business days domestically, and typically about 1 week worldwide. Please check the available shipping options and transit times in the shopping cart, as we offer multiple shipping service providers depending on the country.
Returns must be registered in advance by email and are possible according to our return policy (14 days to request a return + 14 days for the return shipment after approval). Please note: Unregistered returns will not be accepted. All details on terms, exceptions, and refunds can be found in our return policy.
