We ship with DHL and FedEx — and on request, we also offer express shipping. If an item is in stock, express shipping is possible in many cases within 1 business day. The standard delivery time is about 2–5 business days domestically, and typically about 1 week worldwide. Returns must be registered in advance by email and are possible according to our return policy (14 days to request a return + 14 days for the return shipment after approval).
