The K-Tech TRDS-R shock absorber for the Yamaha YZF-R1/M RN32, RN49 and RN65 (2015–2026) uses advanced Through-Rod technology and offers precise suspension adjustment. The 'R' in TRDS-R stands for Regulation, enabling highly precise adjustment to improve lap times, even for riders with limited sponsor support. This shock absorber was developed specifically for riders and teams working under the latest championship price limits or under more relaxed race regulations.
Thanks to the compact design, which does not require an external reservoir, and the improved heat dissipation, the TRDS-R shock absorber delivers consistent and reliable performance even under extreme racing conditions. Through-Rod technology ensures precise, adaptable suspension and helps riders and technicians accurately monitor and optimize the motorcycle's handling.
The TRDS-R shock absorber is used at the highest levels of racing, including British Superbike and the Isle of Man TT.
