The K-Tech TRDS-R Closed Cartridge Kit for the Yamaha YZF-R1 (2015–2026) uses advanced Through-Rod technology to enable precise damping adjustment. The “R” in TRDS-R stands for Regulation and provides highly precise suspension setup, ideal for riders looking to improve their lap times, even with limited sponsor support. This kit is specifically designed for riders and teams facing the latest championship cost restrictions.
Thanks to its compact design and improved heat dissipation, the TRDS-R delivers consistent and reliable performance throughout the entire race. Through-Rod technology enables extremely precise suspension adjustment, helping riders and technicians clearly understand and optimize the motorcycle’s handling characteristics.
The kit is used at the highest levels of racing, including British Superbike and the Isle of Man TT.
