The BMW M1000RR K66 is the spearhead of supersport technology from Munich. More power, more carbon, more precision – and yet there is one crucial area where even this exceptional bike can still be optimized: the rotating mass of the clutch.
With the TGP MotoRacing Hyperdiscs aluminum clutch discs, you replace the factory steel intermediate plates with extremely lightweight, coated aluminum discs. The result is a noticeably more direct engine response, improved control in the limit range, and a measurably more agile riding feel – exactly what you would expect from an M model.
Lightweight Clutch – Immediately Noticeable Effect
The Hyperdiscs weigh only about one third of the original steel discs. This allows for a reduction of up to 700 grams of rotating mass in the clutch pack – without any modifications to the engine and without compromising durability.

The specified dimensions apply when using the original BMW friction discs in combination with the stock clutch. Deviating friction disc thicknesses or aftermarket clutches may alter the package dimensions and may need to be adjusted.
Recommendation for Maximum Performance
For a perfect result, we recommend installing new or like-new friction discs. In combination with the Hyperdiscs, you will achieve a stable engagement point, clean disengagement, and consistent performance – even under maximum load on the racetrack.
