How to Measure Your Helmet Size Correctly: To find the right helmet size, measure your head circumference with a flexible measuring tape.
It is important that the measuring tape runs at the widest point of the head – only then will you get an accurate result.
Place the measuring tape about 1–2 cm above your eyebrows in the front and run it along the sides above your ears.
At the back, the measuring tape should run over the largest point at the back of the head (not too low on the neck). The tape can run slightly diagonally – what matters is that it fits snugly around the largest circumference points of the head.
Make sure the measuring tape is snug but not cutting in. It’s best to measure 2–3 times to get the most accurate result possible. You can then compare the measured value in centimeters (cm) with our size chart.
Tips for an Accurate Result
- Lay hair flat (e.g., do not measure with a voluminous hairstyle)
- Run the measuring tape horizontally or along the largest circumference
- Do not measure too loosely
- For values between two sizes:
→ usually choose the larger size (depending on helmet model/fit)
Important for fit
The right helmet should fit snugly without causing uncomfortable pressure points.
A new helmet may feel slightly tighter at first, as the interior padding will adjust over time.
The GP 800 from Airoh has three different shell sizes made of carbon fiber (HPC carbon) with a distinctive design, which is characterized by determined, aggressive and aerodynamic lines, which are enriched by colored, captivating graphics.

The ventilation system guarantees excellent heat control, which is also underlined by the interior lining with fabrics and treatments that ensure excellent breathing activity. The latter are also able to underline the security and comfort of the driver with exceptional systems such as ASN (Airoh Sliding Net), AMLS (Airoh Magnetetic Lining System) and AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) by emphasizing user -friendliness in the intense and longer trips on their motorcycle face.
