It only becomes visible when light grazes across the shell, on the crown, cheeks, chin bar and spoiler. On top sits an R emblem in brushed silver with a small X-PRO Carbon lettering, and the Nexx name runs vertically in light grey behind the eye port. Because the motif lies under the clear coat, small scratches show less than on a light helmet. The flip side: the dark shell heats up faster on the grid in high summer.
