The new Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 2021-2023 are clearly a point of reference in their category. The racing version of these bikes finds the perfect combination with the SC1-R exhaust system, the top of the range SC Project products in terms of performance and technical solutions.
 
The SC1-R silencer, developed in a long-term collaboration between the Aprilia Racing and SC-Project racing departments, is the ultimate expression of performance, quality and high-tech solutions for the 1,100cc hypersport engines made in Noale. Developed by SC-Project for the Aprilia (in SBK and STK configuration), this silencer comes in a 350mm long configuration, ensuring a very aggressive and sporty look and allowing the original exhaust valve to be removed thanks to the all-titanium connector provided .
 
This solution allows an important weight reduction -43% compared to the original exhaust, this masterpiece of technology allows you to stay within the decibels allowed for use on the track: 105 dB @ 6500 rpm with installed dB- Killer / which will be 110dB @6500 rpm without a dB killer. For racing use, the dB killer is removable: the outlet, produced by hydroforming, and the carbon fiber end cap with a diamond and asymmetrical shape, make the SC1-R Slip-on the best choice for this bike. For this model, the outer material is available in two options: titanium or carbon fiber.
 
The welds made with T.I.G. technology in a protected environment, the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the bushings made from billet CNC machined embellish this product. Installation is plug & play: in this case, it is advisable to remap the control unit to optimize engine performance. The kit includes a custom carbon fiber heat shield and passenger footpeg removal bracket and full titanium connector.
 
Finally, the impressive maximum torque increase: +5.1 Nm @ 7700 rpm and a consequent increase in performance (+5.8 hp @ 7700 rpm) with the built-in dB killer. With no dB killer, the maximum torque gain is +6.5 Nm @ 8000 rpm, while the power gain is +7.0 hp @ 8000 rpm. The benefit is distributed over the entire performance range from 3,000 to 13,000 rpm. The end result of this exhaust system is not only sound, but also a real, deep and sensational melody for Aprilia enthusiasts and owners.
