The KTR-4 front forks use the patented championship and winning DDS (Direct Damping System) technology, developed to compete at the highest levels of motorcycle racing. The DDS compression damping system features 20mm sliding pistons to create a high flow of oil through the 32mm control valves, allowing precise damping control, eliminating any cavitation and making the system very stable under extreme conditions. The damping circuits are designed independently to improve dynamics and response time. The system is stabilized by a spring force under all operating temperatures.
